Rates are primarily determined by the scope of the project.
With that being said, I typically charge a flat rate of $50.00 an hour for development work.
The customer pays for their own hosting cost. This is typically about $20.00 a month.
Simple maintenance work is done for free. This includes fixing any bugs, minor content changes and answering email. Any new development will be $50.00 an hour.
The minimum a project is going to cost is $1000.00.
